This is a traveling suitcase vanity set with solid silver fittings. Wicker fold fronted picnic set by Drew for three people. This is a most unusual and very early Continental picnic set made in France by Moynat, a Parisian firm of the highest
reputation. The wickerwork is in superb original condition, retaining the leather lock support.
Three person set complete with three gilt edged white china French cups, saucers, three stacking glasses, wicker covered drinking bottle, thermos flask, enamel plates in fold front section, plus fine cutlery and period corkscrew housed in lid in metal clips and leather straps. Circa 1905.
